Pricing and Specifications Subject to Change: We strive for
accuracy in the information we present; however we are not responsible for typo's,
changes in manufacturer information, price changes, price errors, or changes to any other
information on this website. All items including all instruments are subject to prior
sale.
Privacy Policy:
Use of this website indicates agreement to and acceptance of Fazio's Privacy Policy.
Sales and Returns: We want you to be overjoyed with every instrument
you decide to purchase, but we understand that doesn't always happen.
All instrument purchases come with a full 72 hour evaluation period.
All instruments are to be paid in full before instrument is shipped. Sorry, but we don't
send our instruments out for evaluation without full payment. You should carefully
inspect the shipping box for any external damage.
If, upon evaluation, you decide this is not the instrument you had hoped it would be,
you must contact our store and talk with either James Gast (Store Manager), or Bryan Rankins (Sales Manager)
and they will issue you an RMA number (return authorization number) and they will arrange for a call tag to
be issued for the return of the instrument. The RMA must be written on the return shipping box and label. The
instrument must be returned in its original condition, in the original shipping container, with all the accessories
and paperwork that were included in the original shipment from our store.
Once the instrument is returned to our possession and we have determined
it to be in original condition, we will accept the return and issue your refund minus the shipping
charges. If the instrument (including case, accessories, etc.) is received not in original condition, we may charge repair, replacement,
restocking or other fees at our discretion.
Packaging and Shipping: If you are receiving or shipping an instrument to or from a
very hot or cold climate, it is very important to allow 24 hours before opening the instrument from
its shipping packages. This means leave it in the case AND in the box! Lacquer finishes will crack
when exposed to fast and extreme temperature fluctuations. Also, if we determine that damage occured
due to opening a hot or cold case, we're not responsible for refunding your money. We also advise that
you store your instrument in temperature between 65 and 75 degrees F and at a relative humdity of
40 to 50 percent. These are the conditions in our climate controlled store, and the conditions maintained
by most instrument manufacturers. Keeping these conditions will help to ensure the optimum set up and
tone of your instrument. This is especially critical for high end sold wood instruments and electric
guitars that use thin laquer finishes.
U.S. Sales Only: Products and services shown on this website
are for sale and shipment only within the United States unless prior authorizations,
exceptions and arrangements are made and strict guidelines
are followed including duties, fees and regulations. Several manufacturers will not allow us to sell or ship internationally and in these
cases, we have no flexibility. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
